The
.Nm
utility reads the contents of a file and outputs a version translated
to the target language
.Ar lang .
The input file would typically be an HTML document or a source file, but
it may be in any text-based language since
.Nm
does not attempt any parsing.

The input may contain text enclosed in <ml> tags such as:

  <ml lang="fr">Francais</ml>

The input may also contain instances of "$_(Some text)", which will be
translated to the target language via
